DONCE, a baby product brand targeting the Amazon USA marketplace, approached us with a clear goal: to discover a strong product within the baby niche and organically rank on key search terms right from launch. Leveraging deep product research and SEO strategies, we helped them identify a winning product despite the niche’s high competition.

Our process combined smart analytics with market insight, guiding the client from idea validation to listing optimization. The product we selected met ideal pricing requirements ($30–$50 range) and showed high potential through keyword opportunity metrics. We then conducted a complete SEO rollout, ensuring strong on-page optimization to capture organic visibility from day one.

We shortlisted products where top 3–4 competitors had click shares below 30%, signaling a gap we could enter with a strong SEO play instead of relying solely on PPC.
